about

This double-track was written in 2009, but heads the compilation of tunes which make up "10¢", most of which were written and recorded in January 2012. The "Machine March" intro was inspired by both the Thievery Corporation track "Marching the Hate Machines" and the cover art to the Flaming Lips CD "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots." The second half of the track, "Robot Emotion," challenges the notion (a la Kubrick) that devotion is restricted to biological species and anticipates the singularity with great...er... joy?
